Knowbull code of practice
You agree that you will:
- Comply with all applicable laws, relating to (but not limited to) privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam regulations, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated.
- Use your real name on your account.
- Use the Services solely for their intended purpose — recommending people you genuinely know for roles they'd be a good fit for, so that employers can consider them.
- Only recommend a candidate where you have a genuine basis for the recommendation.
You agree that you won't:
- Create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, or misrepresent your professional experience, expertise, current or previous positions, or qualifications.
- Misrepresent your connection with any person.
- Act dishonestly or unprofessionally, including by posting inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content.
- Create an account for anyone other than your true self.
- Use or attempt to use another person's account.
- Send communications to other people that don't directly relate to a genuine referral or the purpose of the Knowbull Services.
- Scrape or copy information by any means.
- Disclose information about other people without their permission.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Knowbull or others, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
- Post or transmit anything that contains harmful code of any description.
- Use Knowbull for any purpose other than the provision of the Services.
- Use the information or content of other people for any purpose other than the referral it relates to.
- Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, harvest information, send or redirect messages, or mimic the appearance or function of the Services with the intention to deceive.
- Access the Services except through the interfaces provided by Knowbull.
- Attempt to defeat any security feature of the Services.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services by any means.
