Agree to pay the stated fee only if you hire. You can then see the candidate’s name, contact details, CV if supplied, and the personal recommendation.

Hire on your own process.
Contact the candidate directly. Record the outcome using your email link. If you hire, Knowbull handles the payment request; if you don’t, there’s nothing to pay.

Do I need an account?
No. Use the link in your email to review the terms, see the candidate after agreement, record the outcome and pay. No account to create and no card required to review an introduction.
What am I agreeing to?
You agree to pay the stated referral fee plus 2.95% processing if you hire the person introduced. Agreeing lets you see their details; payment is not due immediately.
What if I don’t hire?
You pay nothing. There are no upfront fees or subscriptions. Record the outcome so the person who recommended them knows where things stand.
Does the candidate know about the fee?
Yes. The candidate is told it’s a paid referral and sees the fee in their invitation. They choose whether to share their details. They pay nothing.
Who do I ask about the fee?
Use the contact form on your referral page and choose the Knowbull team. Questions about the candidate can go to the person who referred them. The fee conversation stays with Knowbull.
When is the referrer paid?
Your payment is held for 30 days after you pay, before payout to the referrer. Contact Knowbull through your referral page if there’s a problem with the hire.
